Mistbound Studios Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Mistbound Studios. Every collectible is carefully produced, inspected, and packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Times

Most items are made to order.

Estimated production times are:

Unpainted models: 3–7 business days
Hand-painted collectibles: 7–14 business days
Custom commissions: Production times vary and will be communicated during the ordering process.

Processing time begins after payment has been successfully received.

Shipping Methods

Mistbound Studios offers multiple shipping speed options during checkout.

To provide the most reliable service, we select the shipping carrier (USPS, UPS, or FedEx) based on the destination, package size, transit time, and overall reliability. Carrier selection is at the discretion of Mistbound Studios.

Shipping Confirmation

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Packaging

All collectibles are packaged with protective materials designed to reduce movement and minimize the risk of damage during transit.

Shipping Insurance

Orders valued at more than $100 may be shipped with insurance. Higher-value orders may also require a signature upon delivery to help protect both the customer and Mistbound Studios.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges before the package is resent.

Shipping Delays

Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Mistbound Studios is not responsible for delays caused by weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, customs processing, or other events beyond our control.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

Please include your order number and, when applicable, photographs of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can assist with the carrier claim process and determine the appropriate resolution.
