Mistbound Studios creates and sells high-quality 3D printed collectibles, tabletop miniatures, statues, accessories, digital products, and related merchandise.

All products are subject to availability and may be discontinued or modified without notice.

If payment has already been processed for a canceled order, a full refund will be issued.

5. Product Information

We strive to display accurate photographs and descriptions.

However:

  • Colors may vary between monitors.

  • Resin 3D printing naturally produces minor layer lines.

  • Hand-painted items are individually finished and may vary slightly from product photographs.

These differences are not considered defects.

6. Made-to-Order Products

Many products are manufactured after an order is placed.

Production times listed on product pages are estimates and may vary based on demand, holidays, equipment maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

7. Shipping

Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed.

Mistbound Studios is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Shipping carriers

  • Weather

  • Customs processing

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping address provided.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Please review that policy before placing an order.

9. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all original artwork, branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, website content, and original 3D designs created by Mistbound Studios are the intellectual property of Mistbound Studios and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.

Products based on licensed designs are sold only under the terms of the applicable commercial license obtained by Mistbound Studios. Ownership of those original character designs remains with their respective creators or rights holders.

10. Digital Products

When offered, STL files and other digital downloads are licensed for personal use unless otherwise specified.

Customers may not:

  • Redistribute digital files.

  • Upload files to sharing websites.

  • Sell or sublicense digital files.

  • Claim ownership of the original designs.

Commercial use is permitted only when explicitly stated in the product description or accompanying license.

11. User Accounts

Customers are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

Mistbound Studios is not responsible for unauthorized account access resulting from the customer's failure to protect their login information.

12. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to interfere with website security.

  • Upload malicious software.

  • Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.

  • Use automated tools to scrape website content without permission.

  • Use the website for unlawful purposes.

Violations may result in account termination and legal action where appropriate.

While Mistbound Studios does not sell pornographic or sexually explicit material, some products may not be suitable for young children.
